Terms of Use
1. Nature of the Service
All content provided by TaroBom — card meanings, daily tarot, love readings — is for entertainment and self-reflection. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and you are solely responsible for decisions made based on it.
2. Intellectual Property
Interpretation texts and site design belong to TaroBom. Card images (Rider-Waite-Smith deck, 1909) are in the public domain. Commercial reproduction of our content without attribution is prohibited.
3. Changes to the Service
We may add, modify, or discontinue content and features without prior notice.
4. Advertising
The Site displays third-party ads (such as Google AdSense). Ad content is unrelated to the Site. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Paid Service (AI Deep Tarot Reading · Vouchers)
The Site may offer a paid "AI Deep Tarot Reading". It is provided through vouchers (codes) purchased on an external marketplace, not on this Site. We do not take payment directly and never collect or store card numbers or other payment credentials.
Using a voucher: Entering the code on the Site grants the stated number of readings. Re-reading a reading you already received does not consume a use. Vouchers carry an expiry date; once it passes, remaining uses can no longer be redeemed.
Looking after your code: Whoever holds the code can use it. We are not responsible for uses consumed after a code is shared or posted publicly.
Refunds: Because payment happens on the marketplace, refunds follow that marketplace's policy and process. Where a refund for an unused voucher is confirmed, we will disable the code. Readings already delivered may not be refundable, as digital content supplied in full.
If you entered a valid code and no reading was produced, no use is deducted. If one was deducted anyway, contact us with the code and the approximate time and we will restore it.
AI-generated readings are subject to the same nature-of-service terms in Section 1 (entertainment and self-reflection) and do not constitute professional advice.
6. Affiliate Links
Some links on the Site may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you use the linked service. This never affects the price you pay.
7. User Posts (Card Reviews)
You may post to the "Card Reviews" section on a card page. Reviews are not published on submission; each is checked by a moderator first.
The following may be refused or removed without prior notice:
- Advertising or promotion, outbound links, contact details (phone numbers, messenger IDs and the like)
- Another person's private or identifying information
- Abuse, discriminatory or hateful language, defamation of an identifiable person
- Obscene material, unlawful content, or anything infringing someone else's copyright
- Repeated posting of the same content
- Soliciting money or private consultations under the guise of divination
You keep the copyright in what you write. By posting, you grant the Site permission to publish, reproduce and display that post on this site and to allow it to be indexed by search engines. This permission is royalty-free and ends when the post is deleted.
You are responsible for what you post, and the Site does not warrant the accuracy or reliability of user-submitted content. As with Section 1, user posts are not professional advice.
Reporting an infringement. If a post defames you or otherwise infringes your rights, contact us with the URL of the card page it appears on and the grounds for your complaint. We will remove the post, or — where the question is not clear-cut — block access to it for 30 days while it is assessed.
