Reporting an error in an interpretation

These are the most welcome messages we get, and the ones most likely to change something. If you find a typo, a sentence that contradicts itself, or a reading that misrepresents the traditional meaning, please tell us. Including the page URL makes the fix considerably faster.

Tarot has genuine disagreements between schools, and we may simply have learned a card differently from you. If so, that is worth hearing too — noting both readings usually serves the reader better than picking a winner.

Partnerships and advertising

Same address. Please be specific about what you are proposing; generic outreach does not get read closely.

What we cannot do

Personal readings. We do not offer one-to-one consultations, paid or free. Everything the site can tell you is already on the page, and there is no upsell waiting behind it.

Making a decision for you. Questions about health, money, legal matters or relationships need a qualified professional, not a deck of cards. If you are having a hard time, please talk to a person before you talk to a card — in the US and Canada you can call or text 988, and in the UK and Ireland Samaritans are on 116 123, free and around the clock.

Predicting a specific event. Politely declined. Nothing on this site can do that, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.

Privacy requests

Send them to the same address. In practice there is rarely anything to act on: this site has no accounts, never asks for your name or date of birth, and does not store readings on a server. The privacy policy sets out exactly what does and does not exist.
